Memory Journaling Cards Featured Image

It’s Memorial Day weekend here in the United States, and specifically, that is to remember the fallen service men and women who gave their lives serving our country. I had a brother once in the armed forces, and he has passed away (I put this on the About page, but no one reads that anymore, right?), so this day is a little extra special for me, my family, and everyone else who has lost family in the armed forces.

So, I made these cards with people who lost someone in mind. These are not specifically for people who lost friends or family in the service, but just people who may have lost someone.

The first page is designed for a 2″ square picture and for you to write at the bottom. The 3 of the cards have prompts and half a card to answer, and the remaining 6 cards have the same prompts but have a whole card to answer. The prompts are:

  • The best thing about ____ was…
  • My favorite memory about ____ was…
  • The thing about ____ that I miss the most is…
  • A story about ____ that ____ told to me was…
  • The memory of ____ that makes me laugh the most is…
  • The memory of ____ that makes me …

As before, the cards are 3.5″ x 2.5″; these cards only have a sans serif version. There are crop marks so you know where to cut.
